Limited Warranty, we want you to enjoy your experience buying our products. We offer a 90 day limited warranty to make sure you get your product in good working order. Should you loose all of any single color, a problem with the controller, or an issue after a soldered joint within the first 90 days we will repair or replace your S S Lightning Stik LLC product. This limited warranty does not cover high speed impact or abuse as determined by S S Lightning Stiks LLC. Shipping is not included in this warranty. 3 light segments failing are not covered by this warranty. Understand these are made with LED circuit tape and placed in the worst conditions possible for electronics, Off-roading! Sand, dirt, mud, rain, trees, hitting garage doors, hitting toy hauler doors all take there toll. We pride ourselves in offering affordable repair services when the unfortunate happens. Please give us a call for repairs and re-wrap service. We can replace the chrome base ($20), brain dead controllers ($20), and fully re-wrap your unbroken fiberglass whip ($50 to $70) .
